A new chapter in the World of Tanks Basics series has arrived: HEAT. Entitled BASICS: MAN-MACHINE SYNERGY, this latest installment explores the dynamic relationship between agents and their tanks and how that community defines victory. Discover how coordination, customization and powerful Ultimate capabilities redefine the battlefield.
Agents are at the center of every collision and turn strategy into action. They are more than just vehicle operators, they are outcome engineers. Through upgrades, customizations and careful optimization, these machines fulfill their roles with their own distinctive approaches to combat.
In HEAT, three diverse roles play a role on the battlefield:
- DEFENDER – holds the first line, absorbs damage and advances with great firepower.
- ASSAULT – embodies speed and aggression, strikes quickly and redeploys before the enemy can react.
- SAGITTARIUS – controls the battlefield from a distance, eliminating targets with calculated precision.
Each Agent commands up to two specialized tanks, each with their own special capabilities. For example, Hound's AMX Tank can launch drones to identify targets and prepare them for attack with homing missiles. His alternate tank, Leo, can project a decoy to fool enemies and catch them off guard.
When the battle breaks, Agents can unleash their most devastating weapons: Ultimate Capabilities that can instantly take control of the encounter.
Superb of HEAT they have great impact and are designed to redefine combat. Three are highlighted in this video:
- CONTRACTED STRIKES – Kent floods the battlefield with a powerful "Hydra" missile attack simultaneously hitting all enemies in range.
- TIME FOR HUNTING – The Hound enters apex predator mode, chain eliminating with guided missiles to trigger an instant cooldown.
- CREEPING BARAGE – The helicopter coordinates successive artillery strikes that hit large, targeted areas with devastating rocket attacks.
These are the moments that change the course and ensure victory.
