Priče iz davnine – povijest hrvatskih igara

Organized by the Museum of Video Game History on Wednesday, January 28, 2026 from 6 p.m in Zagreb Kaptol Boutique Cinema događaj i panel raspravu povodom otvorenja izložbe o povijesnom razvoju i značaju hrvatske industrije videoigara.

Događaj pod nazivom “Stories from the past: The history of Croatian video games” vezan je uz muzejsku izložbu koja ovu temu po prvi put predstavlja na sustavan i kronološki način, dostupnu širokoj publici.

The program includes:

  • historical overview of the development of Croatian video games;
  • panel discussion of industry veterans and pioneers;
  • Lifetime Achievement Award.

They participate in the program Damir Muraja, pioneer of computing and co-author of one of the first Croatian world-wide successful video games, Janko Mršić-Flogel, scientist, entrepreneur and creator of video games in the 80s, Admir Elezović, art director at Croteam, the most famous domestic gaming studio and Damir Šlogar, founder of the Video Game History Museum and author of numerous world-renowned games. The program will be moderated Ante Vrdelja, a video game industry veteran with more than three decades of experience.

The expected duration of the event is until 19:30, followed by a reception. Tickets for the event can be purchased through the Entrio system.
