U Masters of Albion players take on the role of a deity in the land of Albion, where you design and build structures, manage populations, customize buildings and resources, and oversee daily activity. At night, the world becomes dangerous as dark forces emerge and attack your village, so you must build defense systems and hire heroes for protection — you can even directly control characters in battle.
Molyneux said this is the pinnacle of his career, combining elements from Dungeon Keeper, Black & Whitea i Fable into a unique experience of a modern "god game". Players can explore the world from a divine perspective or own different characters and creatures to uncover secrets, complete quests, and shape the destiny of Albion.
