HumanitZ, a game from an independent studio Yodubzz Studios and publisher indie.io, is leaving Steam's Early Access entirely and officially launching its own 1.0 version on February 6, 2026. after more than two years of development and more than 18 major updates through early access.
In this survival adventure, players find themselves in a post-apocalyptic world infested with zombies where the human race is on the brink of extinction. The players must search for supplies, build forts, craft weapons and fight increasingly dangerous enemies in order to survive in a merciless environment. They can team up with up to three friends in cooperative play or try to survive alone.
News in version 1.0 includes redesigned character models and more advanced personalization, completely remodeled systems of skills and professions, you extended infection system which makes any fight against zombies significantly more dangerous. Also added new endgame area – Mysterious Island with advanced threats and hidden secrets for brave players.
The game world "Anywhere, USA" got denser environment and more points of interest such as abandoned hospitals, ruined suburbs and dense forests full of resources and threats. The game will support multiple languages, including English, French, German, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian, Simplified Chinese, and Italian.
