GameDev Summit 2026 – filipinska poslovna konferencija koja će se održati po treći puta

GameDev Summit 2026 (or GDS 2026) confirms itself as one of the most important events for professionals in the video game industry at the beginning of the year. It will take place from February 3 to 5, 2026 in Clark, Philippines, and represents an international B2B summit that brings together developers, publishers, investors, services and indie creators in a dynamic and inspiring environment.

What is GameDev Summit?

GameDev Summit is a professional conference dedicated to the video game industry, designed to encouraged cooperation, innovation and business opportunities between participants from all over the world. The summit is focused exclusively on the B2B (business-to-business) audience — therefore, experts, studies, publishers, services and investors, and not to the general audience of players.

The organizer of the event is GameOps Inc., with support Philippine Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and cooperation with Game Developers Association of the Philippines (GDAP).

Program and focus of the event

GDS 2026 includes diverse segments intended for business and knowledge exchange:

  • Keynote sessions and panel discussions with lecturers from the top of the industry
  • Workshops and practical sessions to acquire specific skills

The main goal of the summit is facilitate the creation of long-term partnerships which can drive project growth, funding, publishing deals and global visibility of new content.

Why is GDS 2026 important?

Although less known to the general public than the big GDC conference in the USA, the GameDev Summit occupies a special place as a strategically focused B2B event in Asia. The arrival of studios, publishers and investors from different parts of the world enables the exchange of contacts and collaborations that are often not available at traditional expo events or festivals.

GDS especially emphasizes the role of the Asia-Pacific region as a growing zone in the global game industry, where development companies increasingly collaborate on external development projects, co-development and original IP titles, while attracting international publishers and investors
